For Seasonal Rent, we have 6 stalls to rent to one tenants in a 24 stall barn (owner keeps 4 horses there, one tenant has 9), Tenant will have exclusive use of 1 tack room, shared use of a laundry room and a feed room, plus a huge storage bay. The other shared amenities include a 250'x150' all weather arena built by JTWG , adjacent to a large (280'x280') grass derby field and 1/4 mile exercise track. There is a second arena 100'x200', 10 paddocks, a 4 horse walker and a round pen. All of this for only $9k per stall plus manure removal and fly spray refills. This farm is in easy hacking distance to the trails of the Preserve and is only minutes away from the back entrance of WEF. You can also take your dirtbike/scooter/golf cart along the yellow trail to get right to the show.
